Eitan Ben Saadon Rotman is well-equipped to understand the blending of cuisines at NETO — he was born and raised in the Mediterranean, and subsequently studied bread making in Germany, chocolate in Belgium, patisserie and desserts in France, cooking and baking in Israel, the intricacies of coffee in Italy, and low-fat and healthy food preparation and nutrition in New York. He is a master culinary teacher and master patisseur. It is no wonder Eitan participated in the Culinary Olympics in Germany!
Eitan has managed restaurants, hotel restaurants and food service for over twenty years, so he understands well what people from all kinds of backgrounds like to eat. He has a deep passion for cooking, which springs from the rich culinary traditions of his family. His creative cooking truly exemplifies modern Mediterranean rim cooking: the use of fresh, healthy, wholesome ingredients and innovative flavors in unique presentations.
